I have worked in the IT industry for over 25 years and started my career in teaching, progressing to working with multi-dimensional database MIS and Business Intelligence solutions for large Fortune 500 organisations around the globe. My area of specialisation meant that I often was a speaker at conferences and trade fairs such as Oracle World and regional user groups. More recently I have been involved in the Service Oriented Architecture space having worked with the Ford Motor Company and Fujitsu Services on projects that entailed building an SOA view of business capability, process and data. I am currently engaged with an IT Services organisation in the UK as a senior architect involved with IT service provision, SOA and other stuff. |
